1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Poland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time within Poland:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s), if available.
Tracking information will be updated within 24–48 hours.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we only ship within Poland, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
adalitrek.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
